Zoho CRM: To manage customer relationships we use Zoho CRM (Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd., India). Transmission takes place using EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.
Google Tag Manager: We use Google Tag Manager for tag management. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TDDDG.
Facebook Pixel & TikTok Pixel: Used to analyse user behaviour and optimise advertisements. Only used with your express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
Google Fonts: Used for the uniform display of fonts. Only used with your express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
9. Travel-related data processing
Depending on your request we process the following personal data as part of our travel services: name, e-mail address, phone number, destination and desired date, passport data, and payment information. This data is processed exclusively for the preparation of offers, booking and execution of your desired trip (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
